 As of the Ground Breaking Ceremony took the place on 20-August-2009, the ready Show Flat for Condotel has been officially announce open for public. The show flat have been accomplished for month, and now ready to welcome visitor who want to see the quality of the Condo's.
The Show Flat area is also able to use for close private venue such as Arisan, or small close event for public who want to have a suitable place for small gathering. Please contact Grand Quarter Marketing for further details. The Show Flat helps customer to understand why Grand Quarter different with others existing in the neighbor and in the city. Chief Operating Officer said that the other show flat and also Marketing Office will be build later on at the premises site to ease customer to see the progress. It is not that easy to setup one at site, however we as developer see that this would also help prospective customers to have their small gathering at our comfort Function Room. 
 
Interior Design have been taken by reputable Interior Design handled many five stars hotel in Bali and also major tourism city like Lombok. This will distinguish Grand Quarter with others, and it shows the commitment of developer in deliver the high quality standard. Even though for Apartment is not fully furnished, the selection of materials at the touch of Interior Designer will bring differences.

This Ground Breaking ceremony signifies the start of Grand Quarter construction. As a first step in construction, PT Grand Uway Development as developer of Grand Quarter has appointed PT Pratama Widya as contractors to build the first stage of Grand Quarter's building foundation. Pratama Widya has set a target for the foundation to be completed within 5 months time or around January 2010. Grand Quarter has total investment value of US$ 120 million, with first phase investment value of US$ 50 million. As contractors, Pratama Widya has been favorably known among Indonesian property developers since 1980.
