As of the Ground Breaking Ceremony took the place on 20-August-2009, the ready Show Flat for Condotel has been officially announce open for public. The show flat have been accomplished for month, and now ready to welcome visitor who want to see the quality of the Condo's.

The Show Flat helps customer to understand why Grand Quarter different with others existing in the neighbor and in the city. Chief Operating Officer said that the other show flat and also Marketing Office will be build later on at the premises site to ease customer to see the progress. It is not that easy to setup one at site, however we as developer see that this would also help prospective customers to have their small gathering at our comfort Function Room.
